Join us in singing, talking, reading, writing, and playing at this inclusive storytime for families with ages 0-3 at Park Grove Library. This is a time for you and your baby to bond with one another through early literacy activities. It's also an opportunity for you to meet new friends in a welcoming environment.
This storytime is recommended for soon-to-be parents, developmental ages 0-3, and their grown-ups (siblings always welcome).
You are encouraged to attend the storytime that best meets your family’s developmental needs.

Join us Thursday mornings for storytime at Hardwood Creek Library. This inclusive, welcoming program will use stories, songs, movement and more to help toddlers and preschoolers develop early literacy skills. This storytime is for children of all ages and their caregivers.
This storytime will have unique content from our Tuesday storytime, and you are welcome to attend either or both.
This is an in-person, indoor program. Registration is not required.
Library Play Date
Stop by Park Grove Library from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. for the opportunity to play with your child(ren) in a literacy-focused environment. Each week will feature a variety of stations designed to strengthen:
fine motor skills
large motor skills
early literacy development
You may even meet a new friend or discover a new activity you enjoy!
This inclusive, welcoming program is recommended for developmental ages birth-eight and their grown-ups (siblings always welcome).

Sing, talk, read, write, and play with us at storytime in the R.H. Stafford Library Children's Area. Storytime is a great opportunity to meet new friends, socialize, and strengthen early literacy skills. Registration is not required. Let's Make Stuff: Winter Gnomes
Join us for Let's Make Stuff! to get crafty and learn something new. In this class each participant will create their own winter gnome.
Let's Make Stuff is a creative class for adults. Each class will feature a different project. Class size is limited so registration is required. Register online, or call your local branch.
This program will be held at Hardwood Creek Library. Before registering, please make sure you can attend in person. If you can't make it, please cancel your registration as soon as possible in order to give someone on the waiting list the chance to attend the class.
Teen Thursday: Space Jam
Every Thursday during the school year, join other middle schoolers for Teen Thursday in the Teen Room at Oakdale Library. Some days will be Maker Days, where the Maker's Toolbox will be open and available to use. Some days we will show a movie (G or PG rating).
Teen Art Cart
Drop by Hardwood Creek Library after school for time with the Art Cart in the teen area. The Art Cart brings a self-guided craft to the teen area. These crafts are designed to allow teens room for expanding upon their own design though creativity and imagination.

Brick Builder's Club
Drop by Valley Library to design, build, and create with LEGO bricks.
No registration required. This program is recommended for ages 5-12. All children under 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Children ages 9-12 are welcome to join us for Contraption Club at Park Grove Library. Participants will learn how to use a variety of technologies including 3D printers, a Glowforge laser cutter, a Cricut machine, an embroidery machine, TinkerCad, AdaFruit, and much more. No prior experience is required, librarians are on hand to assist you with the project of the day or free exploration.
