Washington County, MnDOT, and the City of Hugo are partnering on a corridor visioning study of Highway 61 through Hugo city limits. A traffic, land use, and engineering analysis along with community input will help identify the long-range vision of the corridor that will be used to define future improvements.

An online engagement is available for viewing with all of the information that was shared at the in-person open house on Wednesday, March 1. Visit the online engagement anytime on the project website April 5 — April 19 to provide your feedback.
There will be no formal presentation or discussion during the online engagement.
