COVID-19 Vaccines are free and available to anyone.

Important Information

  • Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines are available, including the new bivalent booster vaccine. Moderna for anyone 12 years & older, Pfizer for 6 months & older.
  • First/second dose for anyone 6 months & older
  • Booster dose for anyone 5 years & older
  • Parent or guardian consent is required for COVID-19 vaccination for people younger than 18.
  • If you have questions about whether a booster dose is appropriate for you, please contact your primary care provider. Additional information is also available for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Appointments Required

Vaccines (COVID-19 and boosters) are available at our monthly immunization clinics. Appointments are required.

Immunization Clinics are offered monthly at Washington County Service Centers on a rotating schedule:

  • 1st Tuesday | 11 a.m. – 4 pm: Stillwater Government Center

  • 2nd Tuesday | 11 a.m. – 4 pm: Forest Lake Service Center

  • 2nd Thursday | 3 pm - 6 pm: Stillwater Government Center
    Address: 14949 62n St N, Stillwater, MN 55082, 4th Floor
  • 3rd Tuesday | 11 a.m. – 4 pm: Cottage Grove Service Center
    Address: 13000 Ravine Parkway, Cottage Grove, MN 55016
