Office of Administration
What We Do
The Office of Administration provides leadership in carrying out all decisions, policies, ordinances, and resolutions of the Board of Commissioners. It also provides information and guidance to help the elected officials make critical decisions about services both for now and the future.
The Office of Administration oversees a $224 million budget and a workforce of more than 1,200 employees. The operating budget as well as a five-year Capital Improvement Plan is developed annually and presented for review and approval by the county board.
